These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the golf simulators and related services provided by Sim Cup Golf (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies or terms that may apply to specific services, memberships, or promotions.

1.2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of Services

2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2.2. Reservations
Reservations are strongly encouraged to guarantee simulator availability. Walk-ins are accepted based on open bay availability.

2.3. Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.

2.4. Equipment
Guests are responsible for using the simulator equipment properly. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or failure to follow staff instructions will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

3. Payment and Cancellation

3.1. Pricing
All pricing is listed on our website or posted in-store and is subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to use. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Sim Cup Golf reserves the right to charge the card on file for any extended time not paid in advance. We will provide time stamped video footage for any disputed after hours charges or a full refund of the added charge will be provided.

3.3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows will not be refunded.

4. Privacy

4.1. Personal Information
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as outlined.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

5.2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Brevard County, Florida.

5.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.4. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sim Cup Golf regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior understandings, written or oral.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
